This serving position with our restaurant earns a competitive wage of $13 per hour, plus a service charge that equals 18% of your food and beverage sales. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A 19th HOLE/HARVEY PENICK ROOM GRILL SERVER

As a 19th Hole/Harvey Penick Room Grill Server with our hospitality team, you play an essential role in providing our members with exceptional service at our restaurant. You are responsible for the daily setup and breakdown of our dining area as well as maintaining a deep knowledge of all our food and beverage offerings. As members arrive at our restaurant, you greet them with a friendly and positive attitude and lead them to their table. You answer any questions they have about our menu items or ingredients while helping them feel welcome and at home.

In addition, you ensure the pantry, common areas, and dining areas are kept clean and presentable throughout the day. With safety as a top priority, you assist management to make sure our food is properly stored and that our hospitality areas are kept clean and sanitized. You attend all scheduled meetings and training as well as consistently update your knowledge on the food and beverage industry. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A 19th HOLE/HARVEY PENICK ROOM GRILL SERVER

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in a restaurant and serving position
• Knowledge about wine, liquor, beer, food, and proper service etiquette
• Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
• Excellent customer service skills

Club experience would be a plus. Basic computer skills are preferred but multiple factors will be taken into consideration. Do you have excellent verbal and written communication skills? WORK SCHEDULE FOR A 19th HOLE/HARVEY PENICK ROOM GRILL SERVER

This full- or part-time serving position with our country club works a flexible schedule that includes weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Shifts range from 4 to 8 hours. Split shifts (doubles) may be occasionally scheduled.
