Youd be responsible for overseeing transactions from start to finish to ensure a smooth and successful sale. If you love working with people and thrive in a fast-paced work environment, apply todayResponsibilitiesOversee all administrative tasks regarding home buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closeSupervise all administrative duties for the home buyer and seller transactions from contract to closeSupport sales agents, clients, and other parties with escrow-related paperwork, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loansLook over all paperwork to confirm they have the correct signatures and dates, assuring that the closing process has been done accurately and efficientlyCoordinate and attend all closing procedures, such as moving schedulesReview all documentation and confirm each has the proper signatures and dates to complete the home sale process quickly and smoothlySave customer information in the CRM system, forward all necessary paperwork to the office broker for file compliance, and track transaction activitiesSupport sales agents, clients, and other parties with escrow-related paperwork, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loansQualifications Candidates should be organized and able to communicate written and verbal information to clients accurately and clearlyPrevious experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, titles, or mortgages highly valuedDriven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experienceHigh school or equivalent required, some college experience preferredObtained real estate license or are currently pursuingCompensation $50,000 yearlyAbout Rapid Fire Home BuyersRapid Fire Home Buyers is one of the southeasts fastest-growing real estate companies We have a focused, driven team that buys homes at scale and improves communities one house at a time.Rapid Fire Home Buyers started in 2019 in a single room, with two employees, and A Lot of hustle.
