Position Highlights Join a collaborative team committed to comprehensive, patient-first women’s health Balanced 1:8 call rotation Eight patient sessions weekly with support from experienced AP providers Multidisciplinary environment offering OB/GYN care, mental health services, and more Culture that celebrates clinical expertise, teamwork, and innovation Competitive compensation, robust benefits, and opportunities for ongoing professional growth Key Responsibilities Provide patient-centered gynecologic and obstetric care focused on prevention, wellness, and expert diagnosis/treatment Participate in a balanced call rotation supported by a cohesive physician and APP team Mentor multidisciplinary team members and promote best practices in care delivery Utilize advanced technologies and evidence-based approaches to enhance patient outcomes and experience Maintain timely and accurate EMR documentation in accordance with legal and professional standards Stay current with evolving women’s health practices, innovations, and clinical guidelines Qualifications Board Certified/Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, empathetic approach to patient care Open to both newly trained and experienced OB/GYN physicians Active Maryland medical license (or ability to obtain) Why Advantia Health?
