We are seeking a Project Manager with electrical experience to assist with several industrial projects throughout the Southwest. The successful candidate will possess outstanding communication skills and a detail-oriented work ethic capable of managing deadlines and customer interactions. Prior experience in the mining and/or water & wastewater industry is preferred.

Areas of Responsibilities: Responsible for maintaining project from job implementation to completion. Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables. Assemble and coordinate project staff. Manage project resource allocation and timeline. Manage project budget. Constantly monitor and report as needed on project progress, problems and solutions. Coordinate meetings with owners, customers, utilities, and engineers. Prepare Estimates, Change Orders and RFI's. Scheduling and coordination of sub-contracts. Procurement of project materials within project forecasted budget.

Skills Needed: 3 to 8 years of electrical construction with demonstrated experience in the industrial market. Experience with Industrial/Water Treatment process instrumentation. Must be experienced with construction documentation and contract administration. Experienced with using project scheduling software. Demonstrated ability to read and interpret project drawings, electrical drawings and process control drawings. Ability to interface with internal & external customers as well as peers. Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Project, Excel, Outlook and Word). Must be a highly motivated individual with outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills are also needed.

Desired Skills: Prior experience as an industrial or commercial electrical. Degree in construction management or engineering. Industrial process instrument technician experience. AutoCAD experience estimating electrical projects.
