The holiday season is approaching at Uncle Giuseppes We are seeking a Seasonal Part-Time Seafood Clerk (BOH) for our North Babylon store. This position runs November through the first week of January 2026 and pays $21.05/hour. (Seasonal roles do not include company benefits.) Our Seafood (BOH) clerks are responsible for cooking our fresh seafood, making and preparing salads, seafood sandwiches and grab and go items. Responsibilities The Seafood Clerks will cook and steam seafood for customer purchases, including grab and go items Check and verify freshness of seafood items in live tanks. Verify and remove spoiled product and rotate merchandise The Seafood Clerk will weigh, price, and package customer selections using weigh scales, label machine and wrapping machine Work in a safe and proper manner, exercising safe food handling practices. Exercise proper safety practices on use of all equipment Operate and clean seafood equipment and tools Other duties as assigned Requirements 18 years of age or older Working knowledge of seafood preparations and displays within a seafood department Ability to interpret, understand and follow instructions and solve problems We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 50% off lunch, 25% in store shopping and more Employment Type: Part Time Salary: $21 Hourly
