Description
General Responsibilities:

Warehouse Coordination:
  • Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping activities.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management and coordinate stock levels to meet operational needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance overall warehouse efficiency.
  • Allocate resources effectively to maintain optimal operational flow.
Quality Assurance Management:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain robust quality control processes and procedures.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to guarantee compliance with quality standards.
  • Investigate and address customer complaints or product quality issues promptly.
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions to uphold quality standards.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to establish and maintain high-quality standards for incoming materials.
Warehouse Systems Coordination:
  • Develop and implement warehouse management systems (WMS) to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with warehouse teams to integrate and optimize technology solutions.
  • Analyze existing warehouse processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement system enhancements.
  • Train and support warehouse staff in the effective use of new systems and technologies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations and procedures.
Training and Development:
  • Develop and implement training programs for the warehouse team, focusing on enhancing skills and knowledge relevant to warehouse, event, and sales operations.
  • Identify training needs through performance assessments and feedback from team members.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to team members to support their professional growth.
  • Document and maintain training records to track the progress and development of team members.
Team Management:
  • Motivate the warehouse team to achieve organizational goals and maintain culture standards.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Conduct quarterly performance reviews and address any issues or concerns.
Health and Safety Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in warehouse and event operations.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure working environment.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions for the operations team.
Cost Management:
  • Monitor and manage operational expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms.
Technology Integration:
  • Evaluate and implement technology solutions to improve operational efficiency.
  • Explore automation opportunities to reduce manual tasks and errors.
Reporting and Analysis:
  • Assist in generating weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports on key performance indicators for warehouse, event, and sales operations.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Present findings to management and collaborate on strategic decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse coordination, quality assurance, and systems coordination roles.
  • Proficient in using inventory management software and other relevant operations tools.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify and address operational challenges.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and senior management.
  • Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and implementing effective quality control measures.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and a proactive approach to compliance.
  • Ability to think strategically and contribute to the development and implementation of organizational goals.
