Job Title: SCITES Network Engineer/Architect
Location: Doral FL
Required Clearance: TS-SCI can start with a Top Secret clearance
Certifications: DoD 8570 IAT Level II (e.g., CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent) and CCNP Security
Required Education: Bachelors Degree in a related technical discipline or commensurate level of experience based on position level
Required Experience: Eight 8+ Years of hands-on experience working on various Cisco networking equipment/appliance to include Cisco ISE, Cisco DNAC, etc.
Description
PingWind/Exeter is looking for a Network Engineer/Architect to work as a team to design and define system architecture for new or existing computer systems for U.S. SOUTCHOM in Doral FL. The successful hire will act as a subject-matter expert on network routing and switching, as well as network performance. They will provide monitoring and troubleshooting of hardware, configurations, and architectures as they work to support Joint DoDIN Operations Service Center.
Responsibilities
Review completion and implementation of system additions and/or enhancements and make recommendations to management and/or clients
Deploy and maintain network hardware, peripherals, services, and settings in accordance with industry standards and project/operational requirements
Provide problem and incident resolution, including dealing with software and hardware vendor technical support
Exercise and demonstrate on a continuous basis expertise/knowledge of Cisco ISE, Cisco DNAC, VMWare / Hypervisor, Windows Operating Environment and Design Documentation
Required
TS-SCI can start with a Top Secret clearance
Bachelors Degree in a related technical discipline or commensurate level of experience based on position level
DoD 8570 IAT Level II (e.g., CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent) and CCNP Security
Desired Qualifications/Experience:
Experience working at USSOUTHCOM
Hands-on Experience implementing DISA mandate solution for Comply-to-Connect
Hands-on Experience operating and or migrating to IPv6 environment
