Primary Responsibility:

Lead Harness Training Program by effectively gathering and analyzing information to determine learning needs, answering questions, providing feedback, and fostering a positive employment experience for new team members

Primary Duties:

Support new employees to help answer questions on builds and work instructions related to builds

Lead on the job training of new employees through our Harness Training Program

Maintain strong communication between Leadership, Production Supervisors, Production Team Leads, and new employees

Help carryout decisions that are associated with overall goals and objectives as stated in our company policies and as directed by Management

Communicate issues that may prevent the successful completion of harness training in an effective and timely manner

Assist in ensuring proper quality work is being performed and is in line with company Quality Policies

Coach new employees with job related issues and the troubleshooting process

Troubleshoot job related issues by working with Supervisors, QA, Scheduling, and other groups to come up with timely and effective solutions

Conduct 'Training Room Reviews' with each new employee to assess areas of expertise and areas of improvement

Enable and promote a smooth new hire transition from Harness Training Program to the employees' assigned Production Department

Evaluate training programs and materials to continuously improve processes and procedures

Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Must have strong desire to train and assist new employees

Must have strong communication skills to communicate with other employee owners, team leads, and production supervisors

Previous leadership experience is a plus

Highly organized with ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Must have a positive attitude with a customer appreciation mentality

Ability to lift 50lbs on a regular basis
