M365 Consultant - Initial 12 Month Contract

  • Location - 100% Remote (within USA)
  • Contract - 12 Months, possibility for extension.
  • Pay Rate - $70 - $75/hour.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated M365 Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft 365 solutions to meet our clients' business needs. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, provide expert guidance, and ensure the successful deployment and adoption of M365 services.

Responsibilities:

  • The Office 365 Administrator will be responsible for managing and supporting the company's Office 365 environment
  • This includes ensuring system availability, integrity, and security for all users
  • Administer and support the company's Office 365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Intune and Microsoft Teams
  • Manage user accounts, licenses, and access rights using Azure Active Directory
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reliable access to Office 365 services
  • Collaborate with IT security to implement and maintain security policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular system audits and prepare reports for management
  • Experience with creating, managing and troubleshooting Intune configurations and conditional access policies
  • Provide end-user training and support as neededStay current with Microsoft updates and new features, and recommend enhancements to improve productivity and collaboration

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of [X] years of experience in IT consulting, with a focus on Microsoft 365 solutions.
  • Proven track record of successful M365 implementations and migrations.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, and Azure AD.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.
  • Experience with security and compliance features in M365.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts and hybrid cloud environments.
