Senior Project Manager

Infotek Consulting LLC, a leading IT and services firm, seeks a friendly and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects for our clients. You will also ensure the projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment, collaborating with top professionals in the Government Contracting industry. The ideal candidate will have experience leading ERP Integration projects for Deltek Costpoint, Unanet, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or equivalent applications. Responsibilities Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility Ensure resource availability and allocation Develop a detailed project plan to track progress Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues, communicating across leadership Report and escalate matters to management as needed Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders Perform risk management to minimize project risks Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Respond to clients questions and concerns on time Communicate effectively with clients to clearly understand project requirements and scope Ensure that project deliverables meet client requirements and quality standards Deliver appropriate and effective executive-level communication Continue professional development to keep abreast of emerging technologies, methods, and best practices Must be willing to work occasional nights and weekends if doing so is necessary The job is remote and may require travel in the future Qualifications 5+ years of working experience as a Project Manager in business Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects (over 15) concurrently Able to easily interact with Engineers, End Users and CxO-level Executives Ability to build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus and achieve objectives Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail Proficient in project management tools (e.g. MS Project, OneNote, MS Excel, MS Teams, Planner) Experience working in a client-facing role PMP or other recognized Project Management certification Infotek Consulting offers an excellent benefits package that includes fully paid Employee only Health Coverage, 401k plan with company match, HSA with a company contribution, Healthcare FSA, Dependent Care FSA, generous PTO, holidays, sick time, and two paid days to volunteer your time for a cause important to you.
