Job Title:Human Resources Coordinator

Department: Human Resources

Reports to: Director of Human Resources

The Human Resources Coordinator is an hourly role which supports the overall employee experience by providing training & customer service to associates, as well as maintaining the vital flow of compliance data through the Human Resources Department.

How I can Create Guests for Life:
  • Be the initial point of contact for all associates in the HR Office
  • Responsible for all data entry into the HRIS system
  • Overall office functions to include filing, answering phones, and daily mail
  • Ensure compliance with student related activities such as J1 program and minor working papers
  • Assist with new hire onboarding processes
  • Provide support and assistance with employee events
  • Facilitate new hire orientation and other guest service focused programs.
  • Represent the property in various internal/external events
  • Assist in other HR tasks as required
  • Able to work rotational Saturdays
  • Focus on safety for yourself and others.
Is this the job for me:
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Comfort and skill in public speaking and training facilitation.
  • Experience within Human Resources is preferred but not required
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Prior hospitality experience (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
  • Availability to include weekdays, weekends, evening, and holidays.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of our guests.
  • Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to speak and read the English language, additional languages a plus.
