Human Resources Business Partner The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a consultant to management on human resources-related issues and communicates needs proactively. The HRBP is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management within the organization. The successful HRBP will act as an employee champion and change agent promoting an inclusion work culture. The HRBP fosters partnerships across the HR function to deliver valued service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization. Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline with a minimum of 5 years of HR generalist experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite/O365 and HR affiliated information systems. Ability to prioritize and produce exceptional results under deadline pressure. Previous experience supporting multi-locations with remote employees. Ability to influence, facilitate organizational development and manage change. Experienced in addressing talent issues and creating a workforce strategy. Promote effective communication (verbal & written) within all levels of the organization. Ability to analyze and develop solutions to problems related to employees, systems and organizations. Prioritize and produce finished results under deadline pressure. Previous experience managing employee relations cases. Solid project management skills. Expertise in building relationships with other functions to provide strategic solutions. Ability to coach leaders and respond to critical workforce needs. Experience working in a multi-cultural and matrix model organization. Ability to multi-task utilizing flexibility and versatility. Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role. Preferred Skills: Experience working in the Aerospace industry is highly desired. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint. Experience supporting Union employees is a plus. PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certifications.
