Overview
As a Junior Infrastructure Customer Success Manager your goal will be Service Management activities to advise and guide customers to maximize the business value of their SITA solutions throughout the lifecycle. A key aspect of the role would be to form a relationship of trust with customers anticipate needs and act with agility and flexibility in the face of any situation that may arise. This role is not leading a team and has no direct reports.
What you will do
Act as the operational point of contact for Customers, Users, Service Providers and line management and proactively assuring the performance of SITA solutions and services.
Understand the customers operations and business objectives and suggests improvements.
Manage customer inquiries promptly and professionally, Identify risk areas and escalate operational IT issues as required
Analyze and report on operational performance data and occurrences and lead improvement actions as needed
Review the monthly revenue and ensure that all services are correctly billed
Who you are
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in IT, or Telecom .
Experience with Software Defined Networks (SDN) is a plus
Overall 3-5 years of experience, with more than 2 years in a related role delivering IT services to internal or external customers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language French or German language skills are a plus.
