Oversee the development and execution of electrical and instrumentation design projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget. Review and approve electrical and instrumentation design drawings, schematics, conduit layouts, panel designs, and other technical documents. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to project teams as needed. Develop and implement best practices for electrical and instrumentation engineering processes and procedures. Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with safety protocols and industry best practices. Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and advancements in electrical and instrumentation engineering.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering preferred). Professional Engineer (PE) license. 4 to 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on instrumentation. Prior supervisory experience preferred. Experience developing and managing projects related to schematics, conduits, panel designs, etc. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software. Strong communication and leadership skills. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
