These products are used in commercial, infrastructure and industrial applications to protect people and property.RESPONSIBILITIES to include but not limited to:•Understand and abide by all Company safety rules, regulations, and policies. Ensure that safe and sanitary working conditions are maintained in the facility in accordance with Company standards, as well as state & federal laws and regulations. Know and understand your OSHA rights. Conduct safety training topics as required or needed. Responsible for attending all assigned safety meetings, toolbox talks, and safety training sessions. As required, promptly investigate accidents and near misses, completing appropriate reports and taking action to eliminate root causes.•Daily responsibilities include responding to various stakeholders regarding day-to-day design, production, and customer quality issues. •Resolve production problems associated with manufacturing process errors, non-conforming parts, and design-level issues.•Monitor and analyze product quality metrics to identify areas for improvement. Utilize continuous improvement methodologies to implement process improvement plans and drive them to completion.•Develop and implement effective quality control measures.•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute quality plans.•Identify root causes of quality issues and implement appropriate corrective actions.•Support the development and implementation of quality documentation.•Provide training to employees on quality control procedures and best practices.•Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.•Conduct regular meetings with the leadership team to report on the performance of the quality management system.•Personal protective equipment must be worn at all times (ex. Safety glasses and steel toe shoes).
