Our platform automates document analysis, portfolio workflows, and client reporting for wealth managers handling billions in assets. The Opportunity As an AI Engineer, you will be at the center of our mission: building production-grade AI agents that automate wealth management workflows. This role goes far beyond prototypes. You will design, ship, and scale reliable AI systems that interact with real clients, analyze complex financial data, generate insights, and integrate seamlessly into advisor workflows. What Youll Do Build production-ready AI agents that handle document parsing, portfolio automation, and client workflows. Develop AI-powered insights and visualizations that make financial data clear and actionable. Drive the full lifecycle of agent development, from prototype to deployment and iteration, ensuring reliability and impact in production. Collaborate directly with customers and the founding team to solve real-world financial problems with AI. Who You Are A builder with high agency who thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and ships quickly. Comfortable with modern AI/agent frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or CrewAI and have deployed them into production Proficient with LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and browser automation frameworks such as Playwright. Experienced in Python (our core backend language) and comfortable with React/TypeScript (our frontend stack). Skilled at using observability and evaluation tools like LangSmith to measure and improve agent performance. Bonus Points If You Have built browser automation or scraping frameworks at scale. Have worked in fintech, wealth management, or other data-heavy domains. Have been a founder or early engineer who knows how to balance speed and craft. Why Join Us?
