Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Director to lead our organization's marketing efforts. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing our marketing strategies to drive growth, enhance brand visibility, and ensure effective market positioning. As a strategic leader, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft innovative campaigns and initiatives that resonate with our target audience. Routinely, this position will partner with members of the executive and leadership teams to deliver specific enterprise or business line priorities. Partnering with agencies and or specialty firms to deliver on marketing strategy, as well as finding practical solutions to discrete challenges. Strong data analytical skills along with the ability to think creatively are crucial to the success of this role.

This is a great role for an emerging leader, well rounded in all areas of Marketing We want you to be excited to work in person with us a minimum of four days a week in office. We are a great team of motivated, fun, hardworking folks and believe in the importance of face-to-face collaboration and synergy.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with company leadership and other key teams to set and execute the roadmap for the companys marketing.
  • Own the companys marketing assets and platforms, including the websites, social media channels, marketing-related CRM functions, reporting and dashboards, brand development, offline collateral, and product labeling.
  • Build forecasts and projections that relate to the expected ROI on marketing campaigns, traffic and user acquisition, and other areas of marketing that require robust and data analysis and regression.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external marketing partners to develop and monitor strategic and digital marketing.
  • Analyze metrics/KPIs to measure the effectiveness and progress of the companys digital presence.
  • Project manage all marketing-related initiatives under this positions responsibility and ensure that delivery is on-time and exceeds expectations.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing techniques.
  • Identify and champion the use of new tools, channels, tactics, and experiments to drive continued growth.
  • Manage offline brand collateral, such as brochures, letterheads, and other templates which reflect the organizations brand.
  • Ensure brand guidelines and standards are enforced.
  • Develop, nurture, and manage partnerships relationships with local business to help expand our brand in our markets.
  • Create relationships and marketing initiatives with local high schools and other community organizations.
  • Think out side of the box. We are looking for someone who can develop marketing strategies that are not just based on dollars spent.
  • Utilize our customer base to creatively nurture upsell dollars from this community.

Experience building recurring revenue programs is a major plus

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in marketing and 5-8 years of experience.
  • Knowledge of content management system functionality and change management.
  • Intermediate level knowledge of creative and design software.
  • Fluency with social media platforms & publishing tools.
  • Ability and strong desire to develop new skills and capabilities covering data analysis, statistics, and search engine optimization.
  • Demonstrated excellence in writing, proofreading, and editing.
  • The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience selecting and working with agencies and freelancers.
  • Proven ability to develop a content & social media calendar.
