Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Traveling Certified Welders for projects located in and around Calvert, AL. This is a first shift opportunity with a pay rate of up to $30/hour based on experience & skill level plus $150/per diem for travelers of 60+ miles from the job site. If you are a Welder and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career

Job Scope:

  • General Welding to AWS, stick, & semiautomatic aluminum
  • MIG & TIG weld flat plate metals; mild steel & aluminum
  • Install bracketing & aluminum busba
  • Weld aluminum expansion plates
  • Installation of water cooled cables
  • Installation of copper busba
  • Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Welding Certification
  • Flat, Horizontal, & Vertical Certifications
