Hospitalist PRN, Indiana University Health Overview IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie, IN is seeking a PRN Hospitalist to collaborate with our highly skilled teams. Opportunity Details: Procedures and codes are not mandatory Key Responsibilities: Take calls from units and new admissions from emergency department or as direct admit Average admissions: two per day with advanced provider assistance Perform direct patient care with strong subspecialist support Services include hospital admissions, consultations, and cross coverage Qualifications: Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (ABIM/ABFM) Physician licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana IU Health Ball Memorial Physicians represents more than 200 physicians in 49 medical specialties. It is both a teaching hospital and a regional tertiary referral center. Over the last decade, the hospital has undergone a $130 million remodel and currently serves over 82,700 patients daily.
