CPA Receptionist

Job Description

Location: Tampa, FL

Pay: $20 to $23/hour (depending on experience)

Experience: Related receptionist experience desired

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Day Shift, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

HH Staffing is seeking a CPA Receptionist to join a growing and dynamic team

Job Description:

• Answer phone calls, emails, paper mail services and assist with basic tech support
• Assist with office maintenance such as storage rooms and ordering supplies
• Office organization (scheduling meetings, order catering and tracking badges)
• Manage customer accounts. including billing, routine maintenance and support helpdesk
• Provide support to the marketing, general accounting, customer service, data entry and overall daily office tasks

Job Requirements

Position Requirements:

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (OneNote, Outlook, Teams)
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Efficient task and time management
• Must be reliable and a quick earner
