Job Title: Treasury Analyst

Duration: 06 months

Location: Plano, TX

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Validate and confirm daily settlements of debt and derivative transactions using Wall Street Suite (WSS).
  • Perform daily Brokered Certificate of Deposit (BCD) confirmations with external vendors and process them in WSS.
  • Manage daily Wholesale Deposits settlements in WSS and update relevant bank portals.
  • Develop and implement daily processes for overnight Repo transactions, including reviewing agreements and building functionality in WSS or other applications.
  • Design and generate reports to monitor growth, identify areas for improvement, and apply insights from past experiences.
  • Address and resolve discrepancies in cash flows between system record and external parties, collaborating with counterparties when necessary.
  • Research issues, document processes, and propose effective solutions.
  • Maintain and update desk procedures and documentation as required.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (Mandatory)
  • 5+ years in Treasury Operations, with a strong background in debt and derivatives management.
  • Advanced Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, conditional formatting, and formulas).
  • Knowledge of treasury mathematics, debt products (e.g., Bonds, Loans), and derivatives.
  • Experience with treasury products such as Agencies, UST, and derivatives.
  • Familiarity with Brokered Certificate of Deposit (BCD) and Wholesale Deposit operations.
  • Experience with Wall Street Suite or similar treasury platforms.
  • Knowledge of corporate governance, compliance guidelines (SOX, FDIC), and secured credit facilities (FHLB, Discount Window).
