As part of the Platform org, the Payments team at Coinbase is key to our mission to create an open financial system for the world. The Payments team powers all fiat money, or cash, moved in and out of our products, allowing our users to easily and safely connect into the crypto economy. In this role you will help take our Payments team to the next level, enabling new use cases for the business and enhancing the experience for our customers using bank-based payment methods to fund their accounts. What You'll Be Doing Define and build out Coinbase's Payments roadmap, including integrations, new experiences, and the platforms that serve all our users globally. Own full product lifecycle from conception to launch, usage, and optimization. Identify and collaborate with banking partners to unlock new regions and capabilities. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design and teams across all Coinbase products to develop and steer the product roadmap. Align teams on a shared vision and steer execution on that vision. What We Look For In You 5+ years of product management experience. Previous experience managing software products, knowledge of payments is preferred. Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management and organizational skills. An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Deep analytical, prioritization and problem solving skills. Demonstrated passion for cryptocurrency, financial markets, and the Coinbase mission.
