Job Title: Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer
Work Location: Urbandale, IA (Hybrid Onsite)
Technical Skills (Primary Must have):
- 5-8 years of hands-on work experience Guidewire PolicyCenter modules like configuration & Rating.
- Hands on knowledge of Guidewire Configuration and/or Integration
- One complete end to end implementation experience.
- Development experience with Guidewire Gosu proprietary code
- Development experience with Guidewire APIs, methods, rules, and processes
- Excellent troubleshooting skills, especially in a complex application stack
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Should have worked in Production support Team.
- Should have worked in Onsite-Offshore Model.
Technical Skills (Secondary Nice to have, Not Mandatory):
- Certified Guidewire PolicyCenter professional.
- 3-4 Years of experience in Java programming Strong skills in Java programming.
- Experience with REST web services is a plus.
- Experience with various code versioning systems, such as SVN.
- Ability to multi-task and switch context to changing priorities in a highly dynamic environment.
- Web services (i.e., WSDL, SOAP, XML, REST).
Soft Skills:
- As this is an onsite role, must have strong written and oral communication skills.
- Insurance Domain Knowledge.
- Strong ability to work with client stakeholders.
- Requirement Review and Work Effort Estimation.
