Overview
Who you'll be working for:
Pay: $3900 - $5000 (depends on individual experience) + Variable Bonus
Office Location: Tai Seng
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
Immediate Starter, Singaporeans only
Tertiary qualification or equivalent with 4 years of relevant working experience that will allow the successful performance of job expectations
2 years of related working experience in supply chain / procurement industry
Prior experience collaborating with Regulatory Affairs groups to assess pending and new regulations and changes, and have demonstrated the ability to reduce and manage complexity
Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP experience will be good
Has good organization skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines
Has good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to drive tasks to completion
What you'll be doing on the job
Drive monthly S&OP and forecast meetings with cross-functional stakeholders
Develop 12-month rolling demand forecast, incorporating market intelligence (promotions, phase in/phase out, new launches, dis-continuations) from Sales and Marketing teams. Challenge the forecast as needed.
Translate demand plan into supply plan for order placement to principals
Balance demand and supply needs of omni-channels, facilitate product allocation or product rebalancing as and when required
Reconcile supply plan to demand plan to mitigate shortfalls and excess stocks situations for new launches, production related shortages or un-forecasted demand spikes
Analyse and highlight business risk and opportunity to stakeholders and jointly propose appropriate mitigation plans
Conduct historical sales analysis and data cleansing to build statistical baseline forecast
Develop and prepare monthly forecasting files, S&OP and KPI reports
Participate in demand & supply planning projects
