Our client is looking for an experienced

Senior Concrete Estimator

with knowledge and understanding of tilt wall construction.

We are looking to hire a dependable and self-motivated individual to serve our company as an Estimator. Primary Responsibilities Perform detailed reviews of construction plans, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare estimates. Project estimation using takeoff software and MS Office products. Obtaining material and equipment quotes from suppliers. Preparing concrete bids and submitting them to clients. Consulting with clients, vendors, or other individuals to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues. Skills and Qualifications Detail-oriented with the ability to efficiently analyze and organize significant amounts of information and be able to stay focused. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong prioritization skills. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business and construction documents, drawings, and technical procedures. Ability to communicate well with all levels of workers involved with the project. Ability to work in a team environment. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and be able to work under pressure when necessary. Proficiency in Microsoft software programs such as Word and Excel. 3 years of experience in this or a similar role is strongly preferred. Preferably looking for someone with knowledge and experience in estimating commercial concrete projects. Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred but not a must.
