**Job Title: Warehouse Worker****Job Description**We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Warehouse Workers. Your primary responsibilities will include picking and preparing orders using a cart while moving quickly through various aisles. You must be willing to undergo training on operating a reach truck capable of reaching up to 50 feet, as well as a cherry picker. For those on the mid-shift and evening shifts, additional tasks will include picking products and loading trucks.**Hard Skills**+ Order picking+ Loading+ Warehouse operations+ Scan gun operation**Soft Skills**+ Ability to work quickly+ Willingness to learn new equipment+ Teamwork+ Professionalism**Job Type**This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 3 Month(s).**Work Site**This is a fully on-site position in NA, MA.**Work Environment**Our work environment is based in a 380,000 square foot distribution center which features brand new equipment and racks. This is a fast-paced environment where everyone is dedicated to their work and willing to lend a hand to their colleagues. The atmosphere is lively with music playing throughout the day. Work hours typically extend to 10-hour shifts, but may occasionally reach up to 12 hours. The current available shift is Night: 4:30pm - 2:30am from Sunday to Thursday.
