Warehouse Supervisor

Provide oversight over the warehouse, shipping and receiving operations, as well as packaging and kitting functions.

**Job Description**

* Ensures an accurate inventory in assigned warehouse areas is completed.

* Coordinating Strata-G's Company Vehicle Use and Maintenance

* Providing Warehouse and Kitting Labor Estimates Required to Support Quoting of New Business Opportunities

* Coordinating the Time and the Movement of Material from Warehouse Stock to the Shop Floor

* Expediting the Movement of Outside Process MOs to Outside Vendors, as well as Their Status and Scheduled Returns

* Provide Oversight Over and Be Responsible for the Performance of all Packaging and Kitting Tasks

* Responsible for Maintaining an Adequate Stock of Pallets, Boxes, Crates, and Packaging Materials to Support both Internal and Mission Needs

* Scheduling and ensuring that all Required Inventories and/or Audits are Performed per Government Requirements, This Includes all of the Warehouse Stock, Government Furnished Equipment (GFE), Customer Furnished Materials (CFM), and Company Property

* Receiving, Storing, and Disposing of Hazardous Materials or other Non-Toxic Industrial Waste

* Being Responsible for ensuring that All Material Management Personnel, Orientations, On the Job (OJ) Training, and Licensing Requirements are Performed, Documented, and Put on File with Human Resources (HR)

* Responsible for all warehouse employees annual performance reviews

* Skilled with Microsoft Office.

* Deltek Costpoint required

* Effective communication skills

* Team Building skills

* Inventory control and warehousing.

**Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in appropriate field of study and a minimum of 5+ years of management experience in a warehouse manufacturing, or production environment. In lieu of degree minimum of 10 years lead/supervisory related experience required.

**Clearance**

* Must be eligible for and able to maintain a Secret Clearance.
