Schedule
  • 8 am to 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday.
Core Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
  • Operating mechanized equipment safely, efficiently, and within specifications.
  • Load and Unload materials/finished goods with the use of powered industrial vehicles.
  • Backup for shipping and receiving at ROC.
  • Execution of sanitation and waste management needs at ROC.
  • Execution and disposal of waste drums including process and chemical waste.
  • Support of daily warehouse management tasks to keep warehouse clean and safe.
  • Support of high-level cleaning at ROC warehouse.
  • Support in execution of GMPs at work center.
  • Support maintenance and availability of cleaning tools at ROC
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain the work area in clean and organized manner as directed.
  • Continuous learning of other job duties and/or positions as required
  • Perform any other duties as required.
  • Operating Floor Scrubber
  • Cleaning Floor Scrubber and wroking with vendor service tech for floor scrubber.
  • Taking out trash to dumpster and compactor
  • Coordinating with waste management as needed
  • Baling cardboard and ensuring transfer to BMOC
  • Restocking hairnets, beard nets, and shoe covers in all bins and around building and any other required PPE.
  • Ensuring sanitization and cleaning tools are equipped at all work centers.
  • Supports GMP audits and walk throughs and helps improve GMP at ROC.
  • Build bulk drums as needed to support.
  • Reviewing supplies, packaging, and chemical inventory weekly and at EOM.
  • Cleaning inside perimeter line of building.
  • Execute and maintain housekeeping and sanitation logbook.
  • Maintaining handwash station.
  • Stay up to date on monthly GMP, safety and CBT Trainings.
  • Support visitor and corporate tours of facility.
Work Environment:
  • Ability to work in potentially loud and in strong odorous environments, different physical environments, or in various weather conditions
  • Must be able to move about in the processing areas and be able to do the following: lift and carry up to 50 pounds, have at least 20/40 vision in both eyes with or without correction, stand and walk for sustained periods; climb stairs and ladders; bend; reach; push; pull, enter tanks, and wear harness.
Required education and experience:

•High school diploma or GED required

Additional eligibility qualifications:

•Read, write and speak English

•Work in a team environment with minimal supervision

•Forklift experience, a plus or ability to get forklift certification, required

•Strong communication skills to share information, data, and ideas with peers and leaders

•Computer literate and SAP experience a plus

•Able to develop and apply mechanical/problem solving skills, preferred

•Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice and Food Safety, a plus
