What we need:
  • Setup, trouble-shoot and operate CNC Swiss style lathe
  • Citizen-Cincom A32 experience preferred but not required
  • Document setups, processes, and tooling
  • Review jobs and setups prior to start of production
  • Ability to edit CNC programs
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and GD&T
  • Demonstrate willingness to continually improve processes
  • Train new employees when applicable
  • Knowledge of speeds and feeds for various materials
What You Get:

Riverhawk Company offers a competitive pay and benefit package for their employees.
  • Pay range - $18.00+/hr (please note that this range will vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, prior experience, knowledge, skills, and education as they relate to the position's qualifications.)
  • $0.75/hr shift differential
  • 112 hours of PTO and an additional 40 hours of paid sick leave annually for new hires, with additional PTO added after five years of service.
