We are currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst - King of Prussia, PA to join our team in King Of Prussia, Pennsylvania (US-PA), United States (US). NTT Data Americas is Hiring This is a permanent, fulltime, salaried position with benefits. Not open to C2C or C2H. Position requires hybrid schedule, with minimum three days per work in the client office located in Oaks, Pennsylvania. Sr. Business Analyst (Hybrid) Implementation of a product to support workflows around investor onboarding and maintenance including KYC (Know Your Client) and AML (Anti Money Laundering) processes. This product will integrate with multiple systems that are already in use. The person in this role will need to understand how this product functions and help maintain it as business needs change over time.They will also need to understand the various integrations and work with other teams that own the consuming applications to gather requirements. The BA will be part of an agile team that includes a Product Manager, Architect, Tech Lead, QA lead and multiple developers and QA resources. Job Duties and Responsibilities Include: Partner with Business, Product, and Tech resources across different teams to gather and document requirements Create Jira stories and acceptance criteria and refine with the team Partner with team to ensure release deliverables are on track (answering questions on requirements, prioritizing bugs, escalating issues to Product Manager if needed) Support business during User Acceptance Testing, ensure any reported issues are documented and resolved Maintain application configurations via Admin module Interact with business teams to ensure changes requested by one team do not impact another Understanding of/willingness to learn business processes around investor onboarding and maintenance Basic, Required Qualifications: Minimum five years' experience as a Business Analyst Minimum three years' experience in the Financial Services sector Other Desired Qualifications: Strong preference for experience with

Fenergo CLM (Client Lifecycle Management)/AML (Anti Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Client) products like Fenergo Experience with JIRA, well versed with Agile Methodology Ability to write requirements and stories that include data movement, data mapping and api calls Database and SQL knowledge Able to define and track cross team dependencies Strong communication skills, partners well with other teams; this role will involve asking questions of many different teams in order to understand requirements About NTT DATA NTT DATA is a $30+ billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
