Job Description: We are looking for an experienced AWS Developer responsible for setting up, maintaining, and evolving the cloud infrastructure of our web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of core AWS services and best practices regarding security and scalability.
Responsibilities:
- Understand the current application infrastructure and suggest changes to it.
- Define and document best practices and strategies regarding application deployment and infrastructure maintenance.
- Migrate our infrastructure with zero downtime to a highly available, scalable one.
- Set up a monitoring stack.
- Define service capacity planning strategies.
- Implement the CI/CD pipeline using the AWS CI/CD stack.
- Write infrastructure as code using CloudFormation or similar.
- Develop and maintain applications using React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Manage databases such as PostgreSQL and DynamoDB.
- Utilize AWS services like ECS, CloudWatch, and CloudTrail.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Strong experience with AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, ECS, CloudWatch, CloudTrail).
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash).
- Experience with infrastructure as code tools (CloudFormation, Terraform).
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Experience with React, Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and DynamoDB.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect or similar certification.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
- Knowledge of networking and security best practices.
- Experience with Craft CMS.
- Good to have experience with C#.NET.
