Office Locations: GD Kapolei - 92-605 Makakilo Drive Kapolei, HI 96707 GD Waianae Coast - 86-078 Farrington Hwy, Suite 210 Waianae, HI 96792 Office Culture: Teamwork in the patients best interest Quality patient care with clinical autonomy based on best practices in the patients best interest New patients assigned equally on rotation basis. Your patients stay with you.
