MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education:

Bachelors degree in accounting, business or related field or equivalent experience. Experience:

Three (3) years related work experience including supervisory experience in a hospital or healthcare related organization; or other equivalent experience. Licensure/Certification/Registration:

N/A PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Education:

Masters degree in Business Administration or related field. Experience:

Five (5) years experience as a Controller in a healthcare service organization; or two (2) years experience as Chief Financial Officer in a healthcare service organization; or other equivalent experience. Licensure/Certification/Registration:

Certified Public Accountant KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Extensive knowledge of the principles and practices of accounting theory; knowledge of the principles and methods of administration, supervision and management; budgeting and data management techniques, data processing techniques as it applies to financial management; generally accepted personnel practices, and complex financial statistical data analysis. Advanced knowledge of personal computer applications such as word processing, spreadsheet and data base management applications. Ability to plan, assign and supervise the work of subordinates; prioritize work responsibilities, establish and maintain good working relationships with staff and assigned employees; understand and follow complex oral and written directions; exercise good judgment, accept personal responsibilities, and understand and administer financial contracts. READING
