  • Facilitate and support efficient operations of the Athletics Department by assisting with planning, scheduling, and implementation of athletic functions, and coordinating the master athletic calendar.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist all Athletic Directors with the planning and implementation of all athletic functions within the school, providing district-wide communication on upcoming events, event changes/cancellations, and any other information as deemed necessary.
  • Coordinate the scheduling of the master athletic calendar, maintaining the monthly activity calendar, and keeping the daily athletic event calendar current, making changes or additions as needed.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the communication, scheduling, and payment to all athletic officials.
  • Coordinate and manage all purchase orders, credit card purchases, check requests, and coding of all Athletic Department purchases under the approval of the Executive Athletic Director.
  • Responsible for the allocation of budgets for each sport, MOB, general athletics, spirit store, concessions, sponsorships, and elementary athletic budget, and assist the Athletic Director in compiling information and preparing reports for the Athletics budget.
  • Responsible for submitting all payroll requisitions.
  • Help prepare and execute home events, including but not limited to announcer scripts, etc.
  • Oversee and assist in the collection of all athletic fees.
  • Responsible for all Coach Compliance forms for existing coaches and setting new coaches up in Rank One.
  • Coordinate and execute the set-up of new season football ticket holders and season football ticket yearly renewals.
  • Manage athletic summer camps including, but not limited to camp sign-ups, set-up, payments, and coaches pay disbursement.
  • Manage transportation requests and scheduling for all athletic events.

  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and execute a wide variety of tasks
  • A love for efficient systems and an ability to build them
  • Ability to see both the big picture and focus on the details
WORK SCHEDULE
  • 40 hours per week
  • 10-month, hourly position
