Job Description/ Responsibilities

15 years of experience in Oracle Database administration, infrastructure support with architect level skill set

- Oracle DBA having experience on supporting Oracle DB running on SAP or Core Oracle DBA having experience on Oracle 12c & 19c .

- Must have Oracle Database refresh experience from production to QA system.

- Install and upgrade Oracle 12c to 19c.

- Performance tuning for Oracle DB as per SAP's best practice / guideline.

Strong domain knowledge in Service desk is also required.

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Product Technical Analyst Lead, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing batch processes, managing CommVault HyperScale infrastructure, administering Couch DB, optimizing MIPS usage, and configuring Switching & Routing Arista.

You will also provide expertise in Service desk domain to support the team and ensure smooth operations.

Certification(s) Required CERTIFICATION IN ANY OF THE REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS (BATCH OPTIMIZATION, COMMVAULT HYPERSCALE, COUCH DB ADMINISTRATION, MIPS OPTIMIZATION, SWITCHING & ROUTING ARISTA) IS MANDATORY.
