Plumbing Field Trainer

Plumbing Trainer Bayonet Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning, a division of IES, is looking for an individual with the following skills to serve as a Full-Time Plumbing "in the field" TrainerResponsibilitiesHelp develop the skills, abilities and knowledge needed to be successful in the Plumbing field.Prepare and integrate hands on training in the field.Manage, track, and maintain all records of training.Assist recent graduates to help them transition from school to field work.Collaborate with division managers to identify training needs for current and future employees.Maintain knowledge of and enforce company safety rules and procedures.Requirements:Bilingual strongly preferred.Minimum 5 years of residential plumbing experienceTraining and or teaching experienceBenefits:401(k)Flexible spending accountHealth insurance - Medical, Dental and VisonHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time off
