Aaction Home Repairs & Restoration, Inc., a reputable home restoration company, is actively seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team. As the CFO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of our organization, overseeing financial operations, and ensuring fiscal responsibility. This is a key executive position where you will contribute to the company's growth and financial health.
Responsibilities
:
Financial Strategy: Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and industry best practices.
Financial Oversight: Provide leadership in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Reporting and Analysis: Generate accurate and timely financial reports for informed decision-making.
Collaboration: Work closely with other executives to drive overall company success.
Capital Management: Manage capital structure, investments, and financing strategies.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and legal requirements.
Team Leadership: Oversee the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Qualifications :
Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar executive finance role.
Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Familiarity with the home restoration or construction industry is a plus.
CPA or relevant financial certification is preferred.
Demonstrated success in driving financial performance and growth.
