A Day in the Life at Carolina Family Estate Planning

As an attorney at our firm, you'll be instrumental in making estate planning approachable for our clients. You'll use your expertise to help demystify how clients' planning will work, aiding families in confidently navigating their planning choices. Your responsibilities will include delivering educational presentations, conducting 1-on-1 meetings to provide advice and review decisions, and collaborating with paralegals and legal assistants to draft legal documents and manage filings. Regular team meetings support our continuous improvement and ensure we provide excellent, proficient service.

Work Schedule & Ideal Candidate Profile

Position Type: Full-Time

Location: Cary, NC

Typical Schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with flexibility for client workshop presentations.

You are a licensed North Carolina attorney with at least 2 years of recent experience in estate planning, probate, and estate and trust administration. You're an expert at simplifying complex legal concepts for families, impeccably organized, and detail-oriented. You thrive on challenges and possess a positive, team-centric attitude.
