Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa, located in Denver, is seeking a Spa Sales Associate. You are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is nothing other than outstanding

We can teach you everything you need to know about the spa industry - all we need is YOU to bring your excellent customer service skills This is also a wonderful opportunity for those that are starting their career in sales and are looking to learn how to increase their experience and abilities. This is NOT simply a position where you will be checking in and out our members for their massage and facial services. You will be actively reaching out to the businesses surrounding the spas, to create relationship and promotions to increase your income, as well as residual income

Responsibilities:

  • Sell memberships and gift cards to existing and future members.
  • Call and visit businesses in the surrounding area to create relationships and quarterly promotions custom fit to their staff needs
  • Detailed knowledge of the menu of services - don't worry, we'll train you
  • Have excellent customer service to members and guests, while building relationships that last
  • Capable of working flexible hours
  • Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients
  • Bring a positive and energetic attitude
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents
  • Perform various other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Having a high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • 18 years old or older
  • Outgoing, love to talk to people and create long term relationships
  • Exceptionally organized and have great attention to detail
  • Willingness to use the phone and get outside to visit our surrounding businesses
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently


Hourly

$18.29 + commissions and bonuses.

You should expect to earn an additional $5k+ in commissions and bonuses

Compensacin: $18.29 per hour
