Job Description:
As a COVID-19 health screener, you will be performing the screening protocol of all guests, including patients, visitors, staff, and vendors, before allowing access into the healthcare facility.
The Ambassador assists all guests with the proper directions for their destination and provides information regarding rules and regulations.
Responsibilities:Welcome and greet guests with a positive attitude.Screen guests as they enter the facility. Ensure all guests answer screening questions.Consistently provide excellent customer serviceMaintains confidentially of facility employees and patient information, adheres to facility and department policies and procedures, and complies with state, local, and facility guidelinesEffective written and oral communication skillsAbility to respond quickly and appropriately to situations that may ariseProblem SolvingOffers and accepts constructive feedback in peer and supervisory relationships modify behavior in response to feedback.Adheres to facility standards concerning conduct, dress code, attendance, punctuality, meal periods/rest breaksReport to work regularly and on timeRepresents the company in a professional manner
Qualifications
Qualifications:
1-year Customer service, reception, or other similar experience
Must be a team player
Ability to multi-task
All candidates must submit to a pre-employment drug screen and a background check
Must be fully vaccinated
