Job DescriptionIf you are a MATERIAL HANDLER looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you Based in our PEARLAND, TX location, you will provide support to our receiving, storing, issuing, packaging, and/or shipping of materials.In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Review shipments for obvious damage upon receipt. Verify material received is material ordered Monitor material overages, shortages, and early shipments Receive all other non-inventory items including large equipment requiring forklift skills or special handling. Perform all tasks to receive, store, and distribute material per applicable procedures. Monitor discrepancies of internal documents and assist in the notification and amendment of documents with Purchasing, Receiving, Inspection, and Production. Properly ship all products, supplier returns, or other material releases. Verify the accurate completion of all shipment documents. Select and schedule freight lines for shipments Qualify to drive company trucks for delivery and pickup. Who You Are: You readily action new challenges, without unnecessary planning.
