This job requires an employee to stay motivated and on task in order to up-keep and maintain the cleanliness required for the companies standards and the state regulations.Key Responsibilities:Upkeep of restrooms including cleaning and restockingCleaning of office, production, and breakroom areasRemoval of rubbish and recyclingCleaning windows and other glass surfacesVacuuming and mopping floorsResponding to and clearing sanitary backupsChanging light bulbsand executing minor repairsUse of our technology to record breakage so that it can be repaired or replacedWork from an areal lift for overhead trainingCleaning all other property used by the company in a way that keeps all employees safeAdditional duties including, sidewalk maintenance (snow/grass), lawn and driveway care, other facility related tasksQualifications: Education equivalent to: High School Diploma or GEDKnowledge of chemicals usedKnowledge on how to strip and wax floorsAbility to train on Safety Data Sheets, Personal Protective Equipment, Blood Bourne Pathogens, Lock Out/ Tag Out, and other safety coursesExcellent communication skillsAbility to multi-taskHighly responsible & reliable and able to manage confidential informationAbility to work well under pressure in a fast paced environmentAbility to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a teamAbility to be professional and courteous at all timesPassionate about working for a values driven company and fully committed to building great cultures and high performing teamsThis position requires commitment to embrace the company's culture through the alignment of personal behaviors with the company's core values.
