What you will do in this role: Identify and qualify potential clients, leads and referrals resulting in sales that meet or exceed goals. Close sales by building rapport with potential accounts, explaining our service capabilities, overcoming objections, and preparing contracts. Maintain required activity standards to include conducting a minimum number of prospecting calls and cold call visits each week. Collaborate effectively with the Operations team. Maintain and manage your "Top 100" list within your territory in the CRM. Contribute to a positive work atmosphere. Requirements 2-8 years of Sales experience required (non-retail) Preferred Outside Sales in B2B environment Cold calling (phone and in the field) Strong outgoing, dynamic personality Track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals. Excellent oral/written communication skills, leading client meetings. Tech-savvy Safety Sensitive: This position is Safety Sensitive. If you are selected for this position, you will need to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
