Experience:

  • GD&T: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Program and operate CMM and other gauge equipment to measure and evaluate product and processes. Develop and maintain gauge calibration and gauge maintenance system. Instruct other inspectors in use of measuring and testing equipment. Interact with other departments in problem solving activities and product/process performance. Write work instructions for equipment, gauges, document control and measuring techniques. Prepare and distribute monthly reports. Perform file management consistent with IATF requirements. Maintain working order and organization of the Quality Assurance Department area. Participate in various quality meetings, small group activities and problem-solving teams. PC-DEMIS Hexagon experience. Pay will be based on experience.

The essential functions of this role include:
working in a smoke free environment wearing steel toe shoes manual lifting up to 50lbs working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week working weekends
