You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health of the hospital by identifying trends, spotting gaps, and recommending improvements. Your ability to use data to drive decisions will be crucial in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of the revenue cycle. Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis:

Monitor ongoing performance of revenue cycle results using Key Operating Indicators (KOIs) and dashboards. Trend Identification:

Use data analytics to identify trends and gaps within the revenue cycle workflow. Reporting:

Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to provide a holistic view of revenue cycle performance. Optimization:

Recommend and implement strategies to enhance revenue integrity and optimize revenue cycle processes. Collaboration:

Work closely with executive leadership and other departments to align revenue cycle operations with overall hospital goals. Continuous Improvement:

Requirements: Experience:

3-5+ years of revenue cycle management experience in a healthcare environment, specifically in an acute care hospital. Education:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Technical Skills:

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; advanced skills in using BI data applications and data extraction tools. Analytical Skills:

Demonstrated ability to analyze large volumes of data and communicate findings effectively. Revenue Cycle Knowledge:

Strong understanding of the revenue cycle process and revenue integrity. Preferred:
