YOUR PASSION

QC Supply is looking for an experienced IT Manager. The IT Manager oversees all technology operations, functions, and planning for QC Supply. The Manager will oversee the IT infrastructure team, working with Senior Staff to achieve organizational strategic goals and objectives.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Identify and address technical issues within the company
  • Manage IT initiatives and collaborate with in-house technical staff
  • Design and implement technology solutions for the business
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
  • Ensure that technology works correctly and efficiently
  • Maintain network security with IT team
  • Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency
  • Train employees in both hardware and software use
  • Keep up with current tech trends, systems and software
  • Coordinate IT activities to ensure data availability and network services with as little downtime as necessary
*** Note: This is a Hybrid role, working from our Schuyler, Nebraska office 2 days per week and from home the other 3 days/week***

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud services
  • Experience with IT security best practices and compliance requirements
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
PREFERRED SKILLS
  • Windows Server Active Directory
  • Meraki Switches and Access Points
  • Well versed in vlans, subnets, firewalls, and switches
  • Cybersecurity
  • Vulnerability management
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in related field
  • Minimum high school diploma
  • Attention to detail
  • Stays on top of advancements in technology
  • Open-minded and inquisitive
