Youth Counselor

North American Family Institute (NAFI), a national non-profit human services agency, is seeking full-time and part-time Youth Counselors to join our team at the Welcome and Respite Support Center in Bartow, Florida. The Center serves as a short-term overnight and/or an hourly placement for male and female children and adolescents involved in the Child Welfare system. The Center provides services to at least 12 youth per day and operating 24-hours, seven days a week, 365 days a year.Work hours are 3:00 pm until 11: pm or 11 pm until 7 am Tuesday through Saturday, OR Sunday through Thursday.Applicants must have experience working with pre-adolescent youth in a residential, foster care, or an educational setting. They must also pass background screenings. Proof of highest level of education, a valid driver's license and driving record is required, as well as proof of personal vehicle insurance. All applicants must be at least 21 years of age. Reliable transportation is required.
