This is a benefited, part time position generally working 7:30am-4pm three days per week with alternating weekends. Shift times may vary based on need. Procedural based practice with majority hands-on patient care Great team dynamic with everyone working closely together Wider variety of testing at this location in comparison to other Scripps sites What You'll Do Ensure Scripps patients and their families have an exceptional health care experience. Provides direct patient care to high acuity patients in a complex department within the scope of practice. Engages in complex clinical procedures and may provide clinical assessments to surgical patients in the hospital setting. Patient care includes compliance with patient assessments and care tasks, triaging, completion of clinical procedures, emergency protocols and medication administration. Works collaboratively with the other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care. This position is eligible for up to $2k in New Hire Retention Incentives. Position Pay Range: $58.00-$84.00/hour
