FINANCE MANAGER

The Company:

Our client provides materials for sustainable energy across the globe. They have headquarters in GERMANY and is seeking to build their U.S. Team based out of THE WOODLANDS.

They are seeking a FINANCE MANAGER to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and collaborate with their international headquarters to prepare company-wide financial reports.

This role is a LONG-TERM opportunity Compensation for this role is $85K-$110K, depending on experience.

This position does have a MON-FRI (8 hour shift) schedule, days only. No nights and/or weekends.

The Expectations for the FINANCE MANAGER:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies towards company goals.
  • Prepare annual budgets and long-term financial measures.
  • Oversee accounting operations including AP, AR, and GL functions.
  • Utilize BI tools, financial software, and MS Excel to create reports and models.
  • Conduct financial analysis such as variance and trend analysis.
  • Present financial models such as scenario modeling.
  • Provide valuation assessments for company investments and business development.
  • Create risk mitigation strategy and implement alongside stakeholders.
  • Protect the financial health of U.S. based operations and contribute guidance, as needed, to international operations.
  • Observe U.S. and international financial reporting standards and regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with various parties internal (HR, Operations, Sales) and external (Auditors, Consultants).

The Experience Required for the FINANCE MANAGER:

  • MUST have 5+ years of experience in finance/accounting management.
  • MUST have MS Office experience (MS Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Bachelors Degree, Masters Degree, and/or CPA are a PLUS

The Benefits:

  • The pay for this role is $85K-$110K, depending on experience.
  • This position is full-time(40 hours per week), and is long-term
