For this role, you will need to live within driving distance to our hub in Bentonville, AR or Hoboken, NJ. We can offer relocation to candidates who don't reside near a hub, but **only** to relocate to Bentonville. We currently spend 3 days in the office per week, with flexibility. **About Retail Marketing Strategy & Performance** RMSP sits at the center of one of the best Marketing Teams in the world We are an experienced team of Marketers who act as the connector between Marketing and cross-functional partners in + Thoughtful, integrated strategic planning: short term and long term, + Defining & articulating unified goals for Marketing strategies that evolve with the changing landscape, and align to company and business objectives, and + Clearly demonstrating how we deliver for our Customer, Brand and Business - and the levers that drive. **What You'll Do:** As a Manager, Strategy and Planning on Retail Marketing Strategy & Performance, you'll identify drivers of performance, leveraging data to and help solve complex problems to drive the greatest outcomes for our business, brand and customer. + Developing insights from channel / performance data; diagnose and pin-point actions, and metrics to continue to grow, influence and enhance effectiveness of channel performance + Reporting and monitoring dashboards across multiple channels and categories; recommend improvements to optimization methodologies based on performance reports. + Collaborating with digital marketing teams, Marketing leaders and cross-functional teams across the organization to understand digital marketing plans/ programs and performance. + Supporting annual and monthly forecasting processes including data collection, analysis and model improvement + Advising on and partnering with various internal teams to improve processes, identify opportunities, and scale best practice and governance and driving continual assessment + Creating and helping to scale best-in-class efficient workflows, routines, processes and timelines, embedding operational excellence into everything you do + Demonstrating the ability to work as part of a cross-functional team and willingness to take on responsibilities outside primary job description when necessary + Assertive, adaptable and demonstrates initiative in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities **You'll make an impact by:** + Analytical and process-oriented, comfortable making data-driven decisions + You use data and insights to make informed and impactful decisions and you have the acumen to translate complex data into actions and improvements + Understanding activation across key digital marketing programs driving incremental sales, traffic, and customer acquisition and retention programs. + Relentlessly contributing to a high-performance culture driving operational excellence for a set of strategic objectives and key results across multiple marketing priorities + You believe in and prioritize the collective success of the team and are quick to jump in, help, mentor, and coach your fellow team members + Building strong relationships of trust and collaboration, ensuring the needs of the Marketing team and Marketing's cross-functional partners are met + Ensuring resolution of critical issues impeding progress and/or limiting the team's ability to streamline, simplify, or work smarter + Identifying and solving complex problems across varying and multiple workstreams with inter-connected parts + Focusing on daily progress towards a simpler, more streamlined way of working together **You'll sweep us off our feet if:** + You have knowledge of the digital media landscape and underlying technologies. + You have excellent analytical skills.
